  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize patient needs.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a 3x12-hour shift schedule (07:00 - 19:00). The unit operates with a 1:2 patient-to-nurse ratio, and the nurse-to-patient ratio is maintained at all times. The unit uses Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR systems for patient care and documentation.
