The ideal candidate will have experience handling civil litigation matters, particularly in insurance defense and lemon law cases. They will be responsible for representing clients in various practice areas, including automotive litigation, catastrophic injury, general liability, habitability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, premises liability, product liability, and professional liability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex civil litigation cases
  • Representing clients in insurance defense and lemon law matters
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve case objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Admission to the California Bar
  • 1+ years of experience in civil litigation
  • Excellent oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation
  • Familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines
