Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant at Five Star Senior Living. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring all dishware and glassware are washed and stored properly, and assisting with general kitchen duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and inspect all dishware and glassware
  • Store clean utensils, dishes, and glassware in proper places
  • Keep the dish washing machine and dish room in clean operating condition
  • Promptly report any malfunctions or breakdowns of equipment
  • Sweep and mop the kitchen area and waitstaff station
  • Clean the filter over the stove area
  • Deliver ice to the dining room

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
