Medical Care Specialist

As a Medical Care Specialist at St. Joseph Medical Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care services. This role involves observing, assessing, intervening, and evaluating patients with various medical conditions. You will also administer medication, supervise nursing staff, and develop individualized care plans.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- • Provide hands-on patient care, including administration of medication and treatment plans.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
- • Licensed as a Registered Nurse accepted by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
- Technical, clerical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills relevant to patient care.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications.
