YOUR ROLE
As a CAD Systems Technician, you will be responsible for creating system documentation using CAD software for the design and installation of Audio Visual Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and produce all necessary schematics for integrated AVI-SPL customer projects.
2. Collaborate with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure drawings are completed accurately and on schedule.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients on a daily basis.
4. Research components as required to create precise representations.
5. Serve as a customer liaison in the absence of the Senior CAD Technician.
6. Utilize and test equipment calibration.
7. Contribute to job documentation as necessary.
8. Assist with the installation of projector and screen support structures.
9. Operate both small and large format office printers/plotters.
10. Use labeling software for rack and field wiring tasks.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Considerations:
AVI-SPL reserves the right to modify work hours and locations as needed.
Work hours may fluctuate based on client needs and may involve travel to various sites in support of the account.
