- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle adversarial situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with legal software and advanced proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
