About the Role

This position reports to Regional Sales Manager - Pulp & Paper. Your role and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet Sales Volume and Margin targets.
  • Utilizing value-based and ROI-based selling methodologies to effectively motivate potential clients to invest in ABB Solutions and Services.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key client representatives across engineering, process control, purchasing, and middle management levels.
  • Creating comprehensive account plans detailing strategies, objectives, and opportunities.
  • Assessing competing products/solutions and devising strategies to differentiate ABB's offerings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, including military service, or High School Diploma with a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant work experience, including military service.
  • Equivalent extensive technical work experience in the Paper or similar Industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
