Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment and ingenuity to apply ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assumes responsibility for procedural and system controls, problem-solving, and teaching.
  • Maintains all necessary QC, QA, and documents required by accreditation agencies.
  • Assists physician tableside with all invasive procedures and post-processing.
  • Participates in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate.
  • Completion of an approved Radiological Technology Program that meets the requirements set by the ASRT and the New Jersey Certification Board.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience.

Certifications and Licenses:

  • Licensed by the New Jersey State DEP and registered by the ARRT.
  • BCLS and ACLS required for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and BCLS only for Interventional Radiologic Technologist.
