Nursing Unit Supervisor, Variable Schedule

The Nursing Administration House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the management of hospital nursing units in collaboration with Department Directors. This role involves close coordination with Department Directors and the Staffing Coordinator/Payroll Specialist to ensure the provision of exceptional patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BSN is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three years of clinical experience is preferred, with a strong preference for management experience.
Licensure/Credentials: Must possess a current RN license in Washington State. BLS certification is required.

Sick Leave is accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked and is available for use after 90 days of employment. Paid Time Off (PTO): Upon hire into a benefit-eligible position, employees will have a combined PTO bank for holidays and vacation, starting with an accrual equivalent to 29 days per year for full-time employees, pro-rated for part-time employees. Employees may begin utilizing PTO after completing 90 calendar days.
