  • Leadership: Lead by example, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and leadership best practices to remain an expert resource to the team.
  • Store Environment: Assist in maintaining the quality of the overall store environment, adhering to national plan-o-gram standards and ensuring that visual displays and devices are current and effective.
  • Financial Performance: Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to manage and control store expenses, and ensuring that teams are knowledgeable about corporate and store communications.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
