This role is essential for overseeing and finalizing Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders while ensuring accuracy in the details of the completed tasks.
The individual in this role will also receive cross-training to provide assistance with logistics and system support as required.Remote Work: Telecommuting options are available following the completion of the training period at the designated office location. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage orders within the system.
- Support technicians in closing out orders.
- Address internal escalations to facilitate order acceptance and processing.
- Perform data entry to update information accurately.
- Generate reports and maintain trackers as necessary.
- Assist with logistics and system-related inquiries.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with internal and external customers.

In-person training will be conducted at the office, followed by a 12-hour rotating night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
