Job Summary

The Physical Therapy Clinic Director will be responsible for leading our physical therapy team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the physical therapy team, providing clinical direction and guidance
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and goals
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in physical therapy leadership or management
  • Strong clinical and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
