Position Overview

We are currently in search of a Litigation Associate Attorney to become a part of our esteemed legal practice. Our firm specializes in plaintiff injury and consumer law, providing a supportive environment for professional growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing pre-litigation claims, conducting thorough case investigations, and assessing damages. This role offers the chance to engage in various litigation activities, including court appearances, depositions, and the preparation and filing of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Preferred Qualifications:

  • J.D. degree is mandatory
