Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee audit, review, and compilation engagements while managing multiple teams. Provide constructive feedback to team members upon engagement completion.

• Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on risk assessments, audit methodologies, and reporting processes.

• Direct the daily operations of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, and financial reporting.

• Investigate and convey guidance on intricate accounting issues and transactions.

• Assist clients in adhering to GAAP standards and implementing FASB Accounting Standard Updates. Address client inquiries and resolve issues proactively.

• Serve as a mentor and instructor in departmental training programs and meetings.

• Engage in community outreach, networking, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:
• CPA License is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in public accounting.

• Willingness to travel to client locations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
