Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Acute Care Transplant Surgery professional to join our dynamic team at UCHealth. As a key member of our transplant care team, you will provide top-notch patient care and contribute to exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
  • Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new team members and contributing to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
  • Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 1 year of nursing experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
