NDT Inspector

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled NDT Level II professional to join our team in Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced NDT Level II professional to conduct non-destructive testing inspections using various methods, including MT, PT, VT, RT, and UT. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and specifications, as well as proficiency in using NDT equipment and software.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct NDT inspections on various materials and equipment using MT, PT, VT, RT, and UT methods.
• Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address any identified issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Requirements:

• Certification in any of the following NDT methods (MT, PT, VT, RT, UT) in accordance with industry standards (ASNT).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in NDT inspection.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software.
