Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Renewable Energy Appointment Setter to join our team at Devin Maciel. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about clean energy and sales.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience and performance)

About the Role:

This Solar Sales Representative position involves scheduling appointments with potential customers to discuss their energy consumption and connect them with sustainable resources. As a Clean Energy Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities, confirming appointments, and handling in-bound lead flow.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling.
  • Confirm appointments through outbound calls.
  • Handle in-bound lead flow, follow-ups, and email outreach.
  • Route qualified leads to the Outside Sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Able to work Monday - Friday (1-2 Saturdays a month).
  • Able to work onsite (not a remote position).
  • Ability to monitor relationships with prospective customers through CRM systems.
