This role involves participating in our Peak Sales Training program, which includes initial orientation, Richmond American Way Training, systems training, job shadowing, and selling.

We are currently hiring for our sales team and require employment to begin on a specified date.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training sessions on policies and procedures through self-led exercises, instructor-led training, and shadowing experienced sales associates.
  • Travel between communities to provide support in the absence of staff or for development purposes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Engage in networking and prospecting activities.
  • Ensure quality customer service by understanding customer touchpoints and guiding buyers through the sales process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of contract paperwork, a prerequisite for promotion to Sales Associate.
  • Gather and analyze market data essential for maintaining community competitiveness.
  • Adhere to standard sales office hours while prioritizing flexibility to accommodate customer schedules.
  • Successfully finish mandatory company training programs, secure necessary sales units, and gain management approval for promotion to Sales Associate.
