Position Overview
Ensemble Performing Arts is on the lookout for a dynamic, skilled, and dedicated percussion and keyboard instructor to join our team. This part-time role involves teaching at various locations, providing a unique opportunity to engage with students in their own environments.
Instructors have the flexibility to establish their own schedules within our operational hours. However, consistency is valued by both students and staff, so preference will be given to candidates who can offer a more extensive availability. A reliable mode of transportation is essential for this role, as lessons will take place in family homes.
Ideal candidates will possess a solid musical foundation, demonstrated through a relevant degree or equivalent performance experience. A passion for teaching, experience with young learners, punctuality, dependable transportation, and the ability to successfully complete a standard background check are also required.
Compensation for instructors ranges from $30 to $32 per hour.

Ensemble Performing Arts is a collective of community-focused music and dance institutions that maintain their unique identities while sharing resources to foster mutual growth and success.
This opportunity is specifically for our music school, which offers lessons in piano, guitar, voice, drums, and other instruments to students aged six and older, accommodating all skill levels from beginner to advanced. We also welcome adult learners.
