Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position in the Charlottesville, VA area.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRNA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in nurse anesthesia from an accredited program and current certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
The successful candidate will have active state licensure as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and in good standing with the medical board. They will also possess Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
The CRNA will be responsible for conducting pre-operative assessments, developing anesthesia plans, and obtaining informed consent from patients. They will administer general or local anesthesia, sedatives, and pain management medication as per physician's orders. The CRNA will also monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during surgery to ensure patient safety and comfort.
The CRNA will collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. They will maintain accurate and confidential records of anesthesia administration and adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines.
We offer a competitive salary range of $106,000 to $233,000 per year, as well as benefits such as healthcare coverage, 401K, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
