Job Overview

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is tasked with ensuring the operational efficiency of machinery and facilities within the organization.

KEY DUTIES:

1. Approach all assignments with a strong sense of urgency.

2. Conduct unscheduled diagnostics and repairs on various industrial machinery, including CNC systems.

3. Execute preventive maintenance on designated equipment throughout the facility.

4. Oversee facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC operations.

5. Maintain an organized workspace for parts and supplies following 5S principles.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role requires collaboration with multiple departments and often involves working under time constraints, which may include off-shift responsibilities and emergency call-ins.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.
  • Proficient knowledge of industrial electrical systems up to 480V three-phase.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing machinery.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
