About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our social skills program at Verbal Beginnings. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, providing oversight for specific cases, and working closely with our Social Beginnings Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ABA programs aligned with client treatment plans and clinical guidelines.
  • Provide supervisory services for assigned clients, including training and coordination with caregivers and other service providers.
  • Hold group screenings to apply appropriate therapeutic fit and clinical dosage of services.
  • Develop and maintain social curriculum for the after-school program.
  • Train and supervise staff during social groups.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working in and developing ABA-based social skills programs.
  • Experience supervising implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Completion of BCBA supervision training.
  • Current state license in Maryland or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

$95-$105 per hour, paid BACB supervision opportunities up to $8k per year, part-time schedule Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-7:30pm, with flexibility to commit to a 2-day or 4-day schedule.
