CT Technologist

Job Summary

As a CT Technologist at Memorial Health University Medical Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services. This position requires a skilled and compassionate individual who can work effectively in a team-oriented environment to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct CT exams of various regions in accordance with accepted standards of practice and protocols

Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and answering questions

Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to safety standards and ACR guidelines

Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care

Participate in ongoing quality assurance and process improvement programs to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school for radiologic technologists

ARRT and IEMA certifications required; CT certification preferred

BLS CPR certification required

Ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally and perform repetitive motions, walking, standing, and reaching above the head
