Job Summary

The Admissions Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and processing outgoing communications in the office of Enrollment Management Services. This individual will utilize a variety of tools for print mail, email, direct mail, text messaging, and social media to engage prospective students and work with leadership to assess communication effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a recruitment communication calendar and communications-related plans.
  • Generate CRM Recruit/SparkPost communication, communication plan scheduling, and communication workflow management.
  • Manage all social media platforms associated with Enrollment Management Services, including hosting live sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with GGC Public Relations/Digital Communications and other GGC departments for the development, management, and distribution of recruitment materials and communication.
  • Oversee and update Admit Hub texting, Chat Bot, and Web Bot software for Enrollment Management Services.
  • Provide daily admit reports for decision mailings and weekly/monthly communication tracking reports to guide strategic enrollment management action plans.
  • Support the Admissions Services team as needed and assist with admissions recruitment events and programs.
Requirements
  • 4-year / Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in admissions, recruitment, higher education, or communications.

  • CRM experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated computer software skills.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
