Job Description

As our Regional Manager, Business Development, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, developing and executing a Prospecting/Networking Plan to meet referral goals, and creating and implementing Account Management Plans for referral sources.

You will also lead, train, and support a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to surpass referral targets within assigned territories. Your goal will be to develop and implement strategies to achieve regional referral goals, utilizing a structured sales process to secure mutual agreements and gather essential information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of forming and growing referral partnerships.
  • Leadership/Management Experience: 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, ACT).
  • Communication Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
