Job Summary

AEG is seeking a highly skilled and creative Sports Videographer/Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our Creative Department, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content that showcases the Chicago Union's brand and story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the Chicago Union's brand goals and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content, including game highlights, training sessions, and other events.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other team members to ensure that content meets the organization's standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation.
  • Manage and maintain all footage and material, ensuring that it is organized and easily accessible.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and concepts for content creation.

Requirements

  • Advanced software skills, including Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Experience creating social content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently working towards or have graduated with a degree in Sports Marketing or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in an in-house creative team, creative agency, or related field, with knowledge and enthusiasm for professional sports.
