Company Overview

Douglas Emmett manages approximately 18 million square feet of Class A office space and over 5,000 luxury apartment units across nine sought-after submarkets in Los Angeles County. The company operates in various prime locations, including the Westside of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Additionally, the Honolulu office portfolio is situated in the downtown central business district, complemented by multifamily properties in nearby suburban areas.

The company employs a focused business strategy, as established by its founding principals, which includes managing, developing, redeveloping, and acquiring multifamily and commercial real estate in high barrier-to-entry markets.
