Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Landscaper/Driver to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' properties, ensuring that their lawns and outdoor spaces look their best. If you have a passion for landscaping and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Operate a truck/trailer combination to transport equipment and materials.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting, bending, and carrying heavy objects.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.
Requirements
  • Valid and clean Florida driver's license.
  • Ability to drive a truck/trailer combination.
  • Experience with commercial lawn maintenance equipment.
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Residential/Commercial Landscaping/Lawn Crew to be considered for Crew Lead.
Physical and Behavioral Abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in the sun for the majority of a workday.
  • Ability to present yourself in a clean and professional manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 80 lbs or more.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry a variety of light to heavy items throughout a 10-hour workday.
  • Ability to take pride in doing things well and in compliance with company procedures.
  • Strives to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.
  • Ability to report to work on time every scheduled day.
  • Ability to lift and/or pull 80 pounds at a time.
  • Ability to humbly receive direction and correction from supervisors to strengthen your new skillset.
