  • Responding to requests for service and relaying information to Physical Therapists.
  • Implementing and modifying patient treatment plans with PT supervision.
  • Measuring and recording patient motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
  • Monitoring patient response to treatment and modifying treatment approaches as needed.
  • Providing clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
  • Ensuring thorough and timely documentation of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Active/Valid Texas license as Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
  • SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
  • Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
  • Ability to manage patients with different personalities.
