Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote independence and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Licensed as a R.N. by the Texas State Board of Registered Nurse Examiners.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications.
- Minimum 3 months experience as an RN.
- Letter(s) of Recommendation preferred for applicants with less than 1 year of applicable experience in nursing.
- Nursery experience preferred.
