Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
  • No experience required
  • High School Diploma required
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Skills: communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
