**Job Summary**

A.I.D. Temporary Services, Inc is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for welding fabricated steel and aluminum parts according to factory specifications and work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate welding machines to produce high-quality welds.
• Ensure all welds meet factory specifications and work orders.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

• Previous welding experience and a strong understanding of MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to pass a MIG welding test.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
