Position Summary:

This role involves executing electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic tasks on a wide range of vehicle makes and models. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to market growth to expand our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist service managers and estimators in documenting necessary mechanical or electronic repair services.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs, including OEM software programming, ADAS calibrations, and diagnostics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to enhance service quality and loyalty.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma along with relevant certifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Eligibility for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with new clients to drive market expansion.
  • Proficient in utilizing various automotive service and diagnostic tools.
  • Exhibit a robust work ethic and dedication.
  • Strong time management capabilities and attention to detail.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Work in a shop environment that may include exposure to heat and loud noises.
  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
  • Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to manage high and low temperature levels and varying driving conditions.
