Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at FireKeepers Casino Hotel. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage stations and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of beverage stations and equipment
  • Restock and replenish beverage supplies as needed
  • Remove empty bottles and trash from the area
  • Prepare garnishes and other ingredients for cocktails
  • Assist bartenders with serving guests and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest beverage trends and techniques
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of previous experience in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
