We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and a valid CO license through DORA. Previous school-based experience is beneficial, but we welcome applications from clinical fellows as well.

School-Based Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' speech-language abilities to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality, direct speech-language therapy services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments to determine strengths and areas of concern in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
  • Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving discussions.
  • Collaborate with instructional staff to develop student-centered treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines in evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery.
  • Partner with families, school district personnel, and external agencies for transition planning and placement.
  • Support teachers in identifying and addressing speech-language delays or disorders.
