The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Customer Success Portal team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building new apps and tools that will transform the financial services industry.

You will work closely with our partners to translate business processes and write software to integrate their applications into a blockchain world. Your expertise in Java or Kotlin, JVM-based programming, Kafka, and React will be invaluable in driving innovative tech solutions that adhere to iterative principles.

What You'll Do
  • Drive innovative tech solutions that transform the consumer lending and blockchain space
  • Collaborate with project leads and other software engineers across multiple teams
  • Work with Figure Product and Engineering teams to improve our platforms and bring customer experiences to the table
  • Originate, champion, and execute on new ideas for projects
  • Be a leader and use your voice to solve real-world problems
What We Look For
  • BS/BA degree, Computer Science major preferred
  • 5+ years engineering/development experience on the back end in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Proficiency in Java or Kotlin, JVM-based programming, Kafka, and React
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to succeed in a startup environment
  • Ability to drive a project from concept to release
  • Proficiency in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)

For CO, NY, CA, and WA residents, the salary range is $119,680 - $149,600 with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
