Job Title: Adult Occupational Therapist

This is a full-time day shift Adult Occupational Therapist position in the Outpatient Therapy Department at Community Medical Center.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy programs for adult patients in our Outpatient Therapy Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to identify their occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement occupational therapy programs to help patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensed as an occupational therapist in the State of Montana.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.

  • One year of experience in a hospital setting.
