Job Summary:The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and administrative duties as designated by the Medical Director and his/her designee.
Key Responsibilities:- Practice using sound medical judgment and adhere to all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine.
- Monitor and mentor staff technicians to ensure continual performance improvements.
- Meet all clinical obligations of the Health Center's medical practice.
- Follow all internal policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner studies and licensed through the State of Colorado.
- Board Certification for specialty.
- Strong computer skills required. Athena EMR experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support card.
- 2 years' experience in primary care practice required.
