We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our IAM team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products.

Salary

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. Our compensation programs offer competitive performance-based incentives.

Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IAM solutions that meet our workforce needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather insights, technical requirements, and product feedback.
  • Prioritization: Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered promptly.
  • Agile Methodology: Work within agile frameworks to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Shape and prioritize backlog, applying business expertise and understanding of customer needs.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and supervise critical metrics to measure product success and craft future deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 5 years of experience demonstrating increased scope and responsibility of product management/ownership.
  • Proficient in Agile Methodology, Jira, Confluence, Kanban, and MS Office products.

Location

This role is based in Raritan, New Jersey. With occasional travel (approximately 10%), you will have opportunities to engage with our global teams.
