Psychiatric APRN

Hopper Consulting & Staffing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric APRN to join our team in a long-term psychiatric setting. As a Psychiatric APRN - Inpatient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to adult patients with behavioral health disorders.

• Assessment and Treatment
  • Conduct thorough assessments of adult patients experiencing symptoms of behavioral health disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
• Medication Management
  • Prescribe, recommend, or discontinue medications as needed to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

• Education and Licensure
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric APRN
  • Valid Psychiatric APRN license in Florida
• Experience
  • Proven experience as a Psychiatric APRN in a long-term care setting
• Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of psychiatric care methods and procedures
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
