Chief Nutrition Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Nutrition Manager to join our team at Healthcare Services Group (HCSG). This leadership position reports to the National Director Clinical Service & Nutrition Management and is based in a strategic location.

This role requires solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, often working in a matrix environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition and leadership.

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position oversees the development of menus that align with sourcing, cultural inclusivity, sustainability, and financial goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Procurement, Division/Regional Chef team, and field-based dining operations teams.

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise activities of the dining nutrition team, including Menu Specialist and System Analysts.
• Develop menus that meet the needs of diverse customer groups, ensuring cultural inclusivity and sustainability.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field required.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in foodservice/nutrition, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
