The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to commit to flexible full- and part-time schedules. Registered Behavior Technician Certification is preferred, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related field. The salary range for this position is $20-$28.00 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package.
