Job Title: Spanish-Speaking Behavioral Health Clinician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spanish-speaking Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at LifeBridge Community Services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to our clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a client-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure effective and efficient care delivery.
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current Connecticut state license in one of the following disciplines: LMSW, LPCa, or LMFTa.
  • Bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to navigate our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office 365.
  • Valid driver's license.
