Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must fulfill all criteria for approval to work in specific ATS environments, including a ten-year work history if available.
- No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided on the job.
- A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
- Willingness to travel overnight for a week at a time is essential.
- A valid Driver's license with no restrictions is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy cleaning tasks, including floor maintenance, carpet extraction, and washing walls and glass.
- Notify management of any necessary repairs or enhancements to building systems.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies.
- Flexibility to undertake various assigned tasks as a mobile cleaner.
- Travel extensively to different locations, with transportation and lodging provided.
Essential Functions:
- Monitor building security by locking doors after hours.
- Drive vehicles as needed to complete scheduled work.
- Pass background checks and maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
- Perform basic repairs as required.
- Execute miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning methods and equipment to ensure effective cleaning without damaging surfaces.
- Work at heights as necessary and move furniture and equipment to facilitate cleaning.
- Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications and apply them effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas.
- Gather and dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of furniture and fixtures.
