Safety-Kleen is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Prospect and convert new leads into customers, leveraging industry knowledge and product expertise to drive sales
  • Collaborate with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities and grow current customer base
  • Prepare and deliver customer quotes, proposals, and presentations to secure new business
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and budgets, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the environmental services or industrial hazardous waste management industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive decision-making and secure new business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
