Certified Nursing Assistant Role at North Shore Healthcare Support Center

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, including but not limited to:
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing emotional support and promoting a positive atmosphere among residents.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated interest in working with older adults and individuals with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
