As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing personal hygiene
- Observing residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Documenting resident food and fluid intake
- Maintaining a clean and tidy living environment for residents
- Transporting residents within the facility
- Assisting nurses and other staff as needed
We offer a competitive pay range of $19.50-$22.50 DOE and a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision insurance, 401K plan, same day pay, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
Requirements:
- Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- Physical strength and stamina
- First aid and CPR certifications
