Preston Memorial Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in rural West Virginia, is seeking a skilled Registration Representative to join its team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and collect demographic data and insurance information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate services for patient registration, including collecting co-pays and communicating with other departments.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to foster open communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in all situations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service and/or clerical experience.
  • Computer experience and a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
  • Patient registration and/or healthcare experience preferred.
