Job Overview

The Production Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility. This position is responsible for scheduling employees, tracking hours, and monitoring absences to guarantee accurate payroll and time-off records.

Responsibilities
  • Create production schedules based on demand, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
  • Monitor and track employee hours, time-off, and absences for accuracy.
  • Maintain transparency and organization in scheduling, vacation, and overtime processes.
  • Coordinate with department leaders to manage staffing levels and hire the right number of employees with the necessary skills.
  • Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new employees and maintain confidentiality of employee records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including visitor reception and coordination of company events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years' experience in production manufacturing required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, with SAP experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, anticipating colleagues' needs to provide assistance when needed.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Focused on safe work practices and executing duties with a sense of urgency.
  • Trusted employee with the highest level of integrity and respect.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Benefits
  • $28.00 per hour salary.
  • Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm schedule.
