Senior Director, Clinical Development, Oncology Therapeutics

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Clinical Development, to join our team at BeiGene. As a key member of our Clinical Development organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of clinical programs for our oncology therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute clinical development strategies for our oncology therapeutics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of clinical programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical operations, biometrics, and regulatory, to ensure seamless execution of clinical programs.
- Provide scientific and medical expertise to support the development of clinical protocols, informed consent documents, and other clinical trial-related documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and other external stakeholders to support clinical program execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, including GCP, GMP, and ICH guidelines.
- MD or DO with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in clinical development, preferably in oncology therapeutics.
- Proven track record of leading clinical development programs, including design, execution, and delivery.
- Strong scientific and medical expertise in oncology therapeutics, including knowledge of clinical trial design, execution, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global environment, with knowledge of international regulatory requirements and industry standards.
